What does Team Tracker Do? - Team Tracker is a combination of 1) a team page where players can update their status for a game and 2) an administration panel where you can manage events, your roster, and the team page itself. Players can choose from options like 'Yes, I will be there at game time' or 'No, I cannot be there,' and the statuses will be tabulated and updated in real time.

Is it easy? - We sure think so! All you have to do is input your team members' names (and email addresses if you want to) and the details about your games. Team Tracker handles the rest. You can edit your roster or schedule at any time.

What information can I show about a game? - You can display the game's date, time, location (including a link to directions), who you're playing, and whether it's home or away.

Is my team members' information safe? - You have the option of password protecting the team page (and the admin interface is also password protected) to ensure that only your team members can view the information there. You can also choose to not use any personally identifiable information for your members.

How do I communciate with my team using Team Tracker? - If you have input the email addresses for your team members, Team Tracker can easily show them to you for one-click mailings or to copy and paste into your mail client. Team Tracker does not send email on your behalf... all emails will come directly from you.

Will you spam me or my team members? - Absolutely not. Your team members email addresses will NEVER be used or released by us. We will occassionally email you updates about the product and your account. We are 100% CAN SPAM compliant and adhere vigorously to our privacy policy.

How much does it cost? - Presently there is no charge for 14 days from signup. Should you wish to upgrade and continue using the account beyond that, the cost is $49.95 (US Dollars) per calendar year. For example, if you purchase your account on February 1 of this year, it will remain active through January 31 of next year unless you renew.

Will I automatically be billed? - NO! All transactions will be initiated by YOU. We do not create an automated billing cycle. Instead, when you are ready to begin or renew, you must actively initiate the process.
